Building Games That Matter

We're a small studio with big dreams, crafting mobile games that bring people together across Taiwan and beyond

How We Started

Back in 2018, we were just two friends sharing coffee and sketching game ideas on napkins. The mobile gaming scene felt crowded with mindless time-wasters, but we saw something different – a chance to create experiences that actually connected people.

Our first game took eight months to build in a tiny Taoyuan apartment. We tested it with local gaming cafes, watched players get genuinely excited, and knew we were onto something special. That project taught us everything about the Taiwan gaming market – what works, what doesn't, and how to build games people actually want to share with friends.

Today we work with studios across Asia, but we still start every project the same way – by asking what kind of experience would make us excited to pick up our phones.

The People Behind the Games

We're a close-knit team that believes the best games come from genuine collaboration. Each person brings something unique to our development process, and honestly, we couldn't imagine doing this work any other way.

Astrid Kjellberg

Astrid Kjellberg

Creative Director

Astrid came from Stockholm's indie scene and fell in love with Taiwan's gaming community during a 2017 conference. She has this amazing ability to spot what makes a game mechanic truly fun versus just technically impressive. When she's not designing game systems, you'll find her exploring night markets for inspiration.

Dimitri Volkov

Dimitri Volkov

Lead Developer

Dimitri's background in Prague's tech scene gives him a unique perspective on mobile optimization. He's the guy who makes our games run smoothly on everything from flagship phones to budget devices – because we believe great games should be accessible to everyone. His code reviews are legendary (and slightly intimidating).

What Drives Us

Player-First Design

Every feature we build gets tested with real players first. We'd rather delay a release than ship something that doesn't feel right in actual hands.

Technical Excellence

Great ideas need solid foundations. We obsess over performance, accessibility, and making sure our games work beautifully across different devices and connection speeds.

Honest Partnerships

We treat every client relationship like a long-term collaboration. That means transparent communication, realistic timelines, and always keeping the end player experience in focus.

How We Build Games

Our development process balances creative exploration with practical milestone tracking – because great games need both inspiration and discipline

WEEK 1-2

Discovery & Concept

We start by understanding your vision and your players. What experience are you trying to create? What devices and markets matter most? This phase is all about asking the right questions before we write a single line of code.

WEEK 3-6

Prototype & Test

We build playable prototypes fast – usually within three weeks. These rough versions let us test core mechanics with real people and catch potential issues before they become expensive problems.

WEEK 7-16

Development & Iteration

The main development phase happens in two-week sprints with regular check-ins. You'll see progress consistently, and we can adjust direction based on what we learn from ongoing playtests and technical discoveries.

WEEK 17-20

Polish & Launch Prep

The final phase focuses on optimization, store preparation, and launch strategy. We handle the technical submission process and make sure everything's ready for a smooth public release.
